 Evolution Defense 4.6.1.

Evolution Defense 4.6.1 is a robust point release including security upgrades and enhancements for features in previous releases.  Updates include:

• Expanded range of MODCODs on the new SDR-based Revolution 450mp
• Dynamic MODCOD masking
• Advanced security updates to TRANSEC and the platform to protect against ever-evolving cyber threats
